One of my favourite memories of Mum was how she could make even the simplest days feel special. Whether we were all gathered around the kitchen table for Sunday dinner or sitting in the garden on a warm summer evening, she had a way of bringing everyone together with her laughter, kindness, and endless love. As a devoted wife, she built a happy life with her husband, and together they raised three children who were always her greatest pride. Later, becoming a grandmother brought her even more joy. She adored spending time with her grandchildren, reading them bedtime stories, baking with them, and celebrating every milestone, no matter how big or small. They were the light of her life, and she never missed an opportunity to tell them how proud she was of them. Mum had a gentle heart and always put others before herself. Friends, neighbours, and family knew they could count on her for a listening ear, comforting advice, or simply a warm cup of tea and a chat. She taught us the importance of kindness, compassion, and making the most of every moment. Although she is deeply missed every day, the love she gave and the memories she created will stay with us forever. We find comfort knowing that her legacy lives on through her husband, her three children, and her beloved grandchildren, who will always carry a part of her with them.
